1. general terms

1.1 You are purchasing digital goods - no physical items will be shipped.
1.2 A clear, solid-colored character reference is required for commissions (text-only descriptions and AI images are not accepted).
1.3 I don't draw:
• NSFW, fetish, extreme gore, or offensive content.
• Non-anthropomorphic characters (e.g., animals, complex mechas, dragons, etc.).
• Art in other artist's styles or copy of another artist's work.
• Illustrations featuring my OCs.

2. Payment

2.1 Full prepayment is required (part payments can be discussed for large/multiple orders).
2.2 Accepted payment platforms:
• VGen: credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay.
• EasyStaff: PayPal with invoice. (for regulars)

3. creation process

3.1 Communication through Twitter, Instagram, Tumblr, Bluesky, Telegram, Discord, or email.
3.2 Completion may take weeks to months depending on complexity and my workload. I'll notify you if delays occur.
3.3 Let me know early if you have a deadline (not guaranteed, but I'll try to meet it).
3.4 Progress updates are available upon request.

3.5 Minor changes are allowed after the final piece is delivered. Major changes (anything that makes me have to redraw it completely) will require additional payment.
3.6 Final work will be a 300dpi digital drawing with my signature and no watermark. The files will be delivered through VGen/EasyStaff or sent via email.

4. Usage policy

4.1 Commissions may be shared on my social media with credit to you (or kept private if requested).
4.2 Commissioners may:
• Use the artwork for personal purposes (e.g., profile pictures, banners, prints).
• Use the artwork to customise monetized platforms (e.g., YouTube, Twitch, Patreon).
• Claim rights to their character(s), but not to the artwork itself.
4.3 Commissioners may NOT:
• Use the artwork commercially (e.g., for merchandise).
• Remove my signature or claim the work as their own.
• Modify the artwork without my permission.

5. cancellation

5.1 If any unexpected events happen that won't let me continue working on your order, a refund can be made.
5.2 Full refunds are available for canceled orders I haven't started.
5.3 I reserve the right to decline or cancel commissions due to discomfort or past issues with a client.

A: Deadlines are not guaranteed, but I'll do my best to provide a finished commission to the stated date.Q: Do you accept PayPal as paying method?

A: I always suggest this option! I will share sketch, linework and base colors with you before the commission is finished.

Q: How can I use the commissioned artwork?
A: Any personal usage is okay! You may use commissioned work for monetized websites customization (YouTube, Twitch, etc.). Personal merch (few copies) is fine as well! Commercial is not allowed.Q: Will the finished commission be posted publicly?
A: Finished commissions may be posted from your permission. I won't share it, if you decide to keep it private.Q: Can I update commission type?
A: It can be discussed. Most likely you may do so before the first sketch approval.Q: What file type and size will I receive?
A: You will get a PNG image, 300dpi. The size depends on the commission type: illustration - over 3000x3000px, portrait - 500x500px, emote - 200x200px.Q: What's the difference between bust/halfbody/fullbody commission type?
A: Bust commission is shoulders up area, a hand may be included; halfbody - knees up area, hands included; fullbody - full view, hands and feet included. A commission may include multiple types, depending on characters' visibility!
